Porn Epidemic
Nigeria is a highly religious country with many of her citizens shying away from openly talking about sex, but it seem as though you people are busy behind closed doors “Doing-the-do” and searching about “Bad bad tinz” on Porn sites inni’t . Insert Mr macaroni’s voice Apostle will hear of this.
It’s a little frustrating to admit, but Porn is everywhere, its impacts are cosmopolitan, damaging and unsettling but nothing is being done to address this epidemic. You open Instagram and the first 5 videos you see on your explore pages are ladies with “one quarter of a transparent yard fabric” twerking their bones and brains out”, leaving nothing to our imagination like people without relatives or the ones that feign “Mistakenly posted their private part or sex tape”
If I told you, “More Nigerians watch porn more than other African countries”, will you believe me?
These days, pornography is everywhere. It is ubiquitous and cosmopolitan. In ads, fashion, movies, music, and magazines, as well as on television and video games. Sometimes, you can’t even breathe, it’s all over the place, everywhere you turn.
How then do we deal with this Epidemic?
