Recently, I was in a cafe when this statement was made, the lady flipped from 1-100 in seconds because she felt insulted. She said if the night wasn’t good what was the receptionist going to do about it. The charming lady went mute because she had no answer . This dragged on for another 30mins when we all had to receive etiquette 101 unscheduled seminar on what to say and not to say..Trust me, our ears full.

Instead of how was the night, rather say hope you slept well?
