UNRESOLVED TRAUMA

Unresolved trauma looks like the slap Will Smith gave to Chris Rock last night because hurt people, hurt people.

Both Chris Rock and Will Smith were wrong but Will needs help in resolving his trauma. As an industry leader, his execution was poor, he lacks emotion mastery and allowed anger to have the better of him.

As for Chris, being a public speaker and comedian, you must choose your words carefully. Don’t use people’s challenges, especially health matters to crack jokes… o wrong na. If he continues like this, there will be more slaps …

Will Smith would have gotten a standing ovation if he used this opportunity to educate people on ALOPECIA as a medical condition and encouraged people to speak out.

I hope people learn from this how to manage their emotions when provoked… Emotional intelligence is not part of life, it’s life.

In the other news, March has been declared officially the month for slapping, Nationally (Bianca) and internationally (Will). It seems April will be the pro max of March…. Be careful out there to avoid being slapped.
