Most times when I ask people to make the list of the 3 most important people in their lives, they name everyone but themselves..
Where are all my #DrMayLovers, you know who you are? It’s okay to acknowledge how much you care. How deeply you love. Give yourself all the love you give out. Sometimes, the smallest things may be the one with the biggest memories. Amidst all the chaos, deaths, social media wawulence, no fuel saga, sapa inc., japa syndrome, have you taken time for YOU lately…
Now do this, take a deep breath and;
Inhale confidence, peace, love, kindness, happiness, joy, through your nostrils for 4secs….
Hold it and focus on the positives in your life for 7secs…
Now, Exhale out all the doubt, bitterness, anger, resentment, hatred through your mouth…for 8secs.
Be gentle with yourself . You are enough and you matter.
