It’s okay not to be okay. Our mental health is not static, it can fluctuate as circumstances change and as you move through different stages in your life. If and when you feel there is a change in your mental health, reach out to trusted loved ones and friends. If none available or you are getting worse , get professional help please. When we enjoy good mental health, we have a sense of purpose and direction. The energy to do the things we want to do and the ability to deal with the challenges that happen in our lives. Don’t forget to check on your loved ones, including the strong ones. While at that, remember you are someone too.
