WHAT DOESNT KILL YOU
It’s high time we stop normalizing the statement on what doesn’t kill me, makes me stronger. You are strong, not because of your trauma but, because you survived it. Your trauma was an unfortunate experience that left you with wounds you are probably still working through. You didn’t need your trauma to make you strong. Let’s stop glorifying pain & trauma as the only way to soar. We can also learn through love, not only through pain. We can also evolve & expand through love, not only through pain.
