There are many other factors that could put one in a difficult state, but there are things mentally strong people do and things they do not do, hear these things and learn from them.
- They do not rely on their emotions, but inner strength.
- They take care of themselves (eating well, exercise, get enough rest.)
- They prioritize what matters and discard things that do not matter.
- They focus on things they can control
- They do not dwell in unhappy /negative thoughts.
- They are always thinking ahead
- They are grateful people.
- They seek support
- They learn from their failures
- They know how and now to say “NO”.
You cannot control everything. Sometimes, you just need to relax and have faith that things will work out. Let go a little and just let life happen.
